The basics

Land 8 or more of a symbol anywhere on the grid to win. Winning symbols pop, the rest fall, and new ones drop in, so one spin can pay several times.

In the base game, pearls fall with the symbols. When the tumbling stops, the pearls on the grid multiply that spin's win by their total. Pearls need a win to pay.

The Descent

4 or more lures start a dive: pick a shell for 10, 12 or 15 free spins, plus 2 for each lure past 4. Every symbol you pop sinks you deeper, and each ocean zone you reach changes the rules for the rest of the dive. 3 lures during a dive add 4 spins.

During a dive, Lumen throws pearls onto the grid. Each one marks its space for the rest of the dive, and symbols keep landing on top. When a winning symbol pops on a marked space, that win is multiplied. A win on several marked spaces adds them together, and a pearl landing on a marked space adds to it. The limit is x1000, for a space or a win.

Lumen's Hoard

Reach The Abyss at 4,000 m and your dive ends with Lumen's Hoard, after your last free spin. The symbols are gone and every held space becomes a pearl. You have 3 respins. Lumen throws new pearls onto empty spaces, and any new pearl resets the respins to 3. A full row of 6 doubles its pearls, up to x1000 each. When the respins run out, all the pearls are added up and paid. Fill all 30 spaces and you win the 20,000x top prize.

Lumen's Lure

Sometimes a spin lands with no win and Lumen the anglerfish swims over. Lumen's light calls a school together, turning symbols into one species until you have 8 to 12 of them.

The numbers

These come from 800 million spins of this game's own code, plus 40 million bought dives. Each cell is an independent random draw from the weights in the code. Lures that slow the drop only happen when 3 lures have truly landed. There are no faked near misses, and wins smaller than your bet get no fanfare.
